Accepted by Arizona Department of Public Safety for Fingerprint Clearance Card requests (DHS Licensing), Arizona Livescan provides immediate evaluation of fingerprints so that rejections and reprints are virtually eliminated. Fingerprints are applied to the fingerprint card using an FBI-certified printer by our professional fingerprint collectors. Fingerprint Clearance Card applications and fingerprint cards are also supplied. Arizona Livescan, located in Phoenix at 2432 W. Peoria Ave, Bldg. 2 Ste 1026, is open 9 am to 6 pm for walk-in service Monday through Friday. Mobile fingerprinting is available for groups, trainings and orientations. We are AZ certified teachers and certified screeners with DHS. We have also partnered with Lakeshore Learning; your center/school receives a $5.00 credit to Lakeshore for every student screened. 20 students = $100.00 to spend at Lakeshore!
